"The Death of Gwen Stacey" or Spider-man vs The Green Goblin
Here's a classic. I took this picture from the cover of Amazing Spider-man #122. (Follow that link, there is a pretty good write-up of the issue there and a full color picture of the cover.) This was an interesting scene to do. There is some good action shown in the picture and I like the way the artist (I beleive it was Gil Kane) has it laid out. I had fun reproducing his work.
