A plaque featuring Anime'
Here is a plaque I just finished for a gentleman. I mailed it out today so he has yet to receive it. The pictures I e-mailed him brought favorable reviews, however.

Here is another Wolverine plaque
Here is a picture of a plaque that I made in response to a "commission" auction on eBay. I have had limited success with those auctions. I enjoy making these things but the real joy is when the person who requested it gives positive feedback about the finished product.

The Fantastic Four
I found some pictures of plaques that I had misplaced. I thought they were gone for good. This one is of the Fantastic Four. It is the cover scene to Fantastic Four #178 (Vol 1).
This was one of the first plaques I ever made, you can tell that I was still learning the art by the rough way it is done. This was also before I learned to put color on the plaques. I think sometime down the road when I have no further commissions I may do this again, just to make it better, and in color.

The finished Product.
Here it is, the finished plaque with George Perez art depicting Captain America trouncing the Red Skull. It turned out great. I am very pleased with it.

Captain America and the Red Skull update
I had a lot of time this weekend so I managed to accomplish a lot on this plaque. It is all burned and ready to add the color. As you can see, it has turned out great. It'd be fantastic if I just left it this way. It's hard to do a bad plaque when it features the work of George Perez.
I have to be careful, I'm going to injure myself patting my own back like this.

New project.
I have no current commissions so I decided to do one for myself. Because I think George Perez (accent on the first E!) is the greatest comic artist to every put something down on paper, I found a picture he had drawn as my current project. I found the picture on the cover of wizard magazine. It's awesome (but then what else would you expect from THE George Perez?)
I'm going to put it on an oval plaque, pictured here.

Completed Justice League plaque.
Here it is. The Justice League plaque, completed and delivered to the customer. She was very pleased with it.
This picture isn't as good as usual because the lighting conditions were not good. I wanted to deliver the item so I took the picture anyway. It doesn't do the plaque justice.

The burning is completed, now to add color.
Here is an update on the current commission of the Justice League plaque. It has been almost a month since my last update and so it has been a long time coming. I am ready to add color.
As you can see, I have altered the picture from the original. As stated in a previous post, there just wasn't enough detail in the original picture on some of the background characters so, in order to make it a nice plaque I changed it.
